Throughout Jane’s hourly sessions, all conversations are confidential. At Sage Therapy, we provide a one-to-one service, which we aim to make progress in our sessions to help individuals from any age, be able to cope with their life stresses. Jane Cook (Sage Therapy) has over 20 years of experience in the field, offering counselling and psychotherapy services to children, teenagers, and adults. With previous experience in the NHS, Jane offers her 1:1 service to her clients for the support they need to overcome their problems. Jane therefore offers a verity of services to explore everyone’s problems. Many people visit Jane for many different reasons. Some individuals will see a therapist if they’re severely under stress, or if they're suffering from depression. Some individuals may also seek help if they have been in an abusive relationship, or if they’re feeling down due to hormonal changes.
